• Your User Content does not contain malicious code or harmful content

While we implement security measures and regular backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of User Content. We are not liable for any loss or corruption of User Content.

MUDDA KENDRA IS NOT A LAW FIRM AND DOES NOT PROVIDE LEGAL ADVICE. THE SERVICES ARE TOOLS FOR CASE MANAGEMENT ONLY.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MUDDA KENDRA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Loss of data or information
• Cost of substitute services
• Damages arising from missed court dates or case deadlines
• Professional malpractice or legal liabilities

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mudda Kendra, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of third parties
• Your User Content
• Your professional conduct or legal practice

13. Modifications to Services and Terms

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.

In the event of any dispute, you agree to first contact us to attempt to resolve the dispute informally before initiat ing any legal proceedings.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mudda Kendra regarding the Services.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
